Please note: standard pricing is based on departures from Taupō Airport. Alternative pick-up locations may incur an additional fee.

Preferred Entry Time into Motorsport Park

Please note these times are the scheduled flight departure times. Passengers must be checked in at their departure point 20 minutes prior to the selected time.

Entry time

Park and Fly flights will operate every 15 minutes between 8:30am and 10:30am. Any time outside of this window will be by enquiry.

Preferred Exit Time from the Motorsport Park

Exit time

Due to daylight hours, the final departure from the Motorsport Park is 5:45pm. If passengers are late for this final departure, the flight will not be able to proceed and they will need to arrange their own transport from the venue.

Passenger Details

For each passenger, please provide a first and last name, their estimated body weight and an emergency contact number (someone not travelling on the helicopter).

Once the form has been submitted, a payment link will be sent together with confirmation of your time. Please note that bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received. In the event of bad weather and the helicopter is unable to operate, a full refund will be provided.
